The Duchess wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress with Gianvito Rossi shoes.

Catherine wore a Jenny Packham dress and Lotus Flower tiara made from Queen Mother’s jewels. The Queen Mother, Princess Margaret and Serena Stanhope have all previously worn the same Tiara.
