Is it me or is Maxima’s hair darker? I really hope she is backing off the too light blonde she’s worn for years. As for her outfit–its OK but I’m not sure these are the most flattering colors for her. The jacket is good but the trousers…not so good. I really hate those huge bug brooches and had hoped they were gone.
