I wonder why it is called a Jubilee? That word used to mean something about for that whole year, all the people in the land (not Monaco, or not that I know of) were forgiven their debts. Maybe it just morphed into a once every decade thing. I will have to see if Prince Rainier (sp?) celebrated Jubilees as well, he was the Sovereign for, gosh, maybe 50 years? And he never quit, worked til the end of his life.
